My only complaint was I had an appointment for an oil change - that’s it. It was 2 1/2 hours wait. I have never waited for that long there.

We always go to this dealership for our service & have always been pleased. However today we came in for a battery replacement. The car was there for 3-4 hours before we got a call that the battery is 1-2 months back ordered. That would have been helpful information before leaving our car in the shop. We then had to spend hours looking for a battery in SOCAL & someone to install it, before the business day ended. This was after landing at LAX last night, returning from a funereal, to a dead battery at midnight.
You've raised your prices dramatically for an oil change, and maintenance up date PMCS "Preventative Maintenance Checks and Services" and rotating my tires for over $90+ is ridiculous

My hood was not properly closed. I drove on the highway the next day and my hood almost flew up. I had to quickly exit the freeway and properly latch the hood so it doesn't come up again. This was a safety concern and my children were in the car with me. Please train your technicians to properly close the hood of vehicles.
I did not have an appointment when I went . I was the 4th car in the jo appointment line. When the service writer got to me to ask me my name and if I can leave the car I said yes. Well when I was asked to pull up all the cars behind me started to leave because they were being checked in before me. I waited an extra 15 minutes because I was never checked in. Not happy
When I went to pick up my car the same thing happened. Everyone after me after signing my papers they we’re getting their car another 15-30 minutes passed when I got my car.
I was amazed that my intake staff person was not wearing a mask. The pandemic is slowed down by taking this simple measure. It is a sign of courtesy as well.
