I will never bring my business to this dealership. I have bought over 15 vehicles for my business. The trust was broken when your Service Manager try to force me to sign a power of attorney to which I refused. The new ownership ****. Too many changes that is NOT good for customers. It was far better when John Elway owned. From now on all my business goes to the Ontario location of John Elway. I feel bad for Mo mo. I tried to convince that he should leave

I called today 3/30/21 to Toyota clearmont. To verify if u guys did oil change and no response yet. They did my fuel pump car stinks like fuel. No answer yet since this morning when I called No one have reply at all. So what do I do? Let my car broke cause I took it for oil change an it wasn’t done? And let my car smell like fuel when I carry all my kids in it?? Need an answer ASAP !!!
This was my first time servicing at Claremont Toyota. There’s another dealer closer to my house but I was not happy with their service when I went there last year (first time there as well). Got a weird vibe from them. Everybody that works there was saying “hi” and “good morning” to me when they walked by me as I was waiting in the service drive. Candace came out to help me. She is super cool! Awesome customer service! Everyone there made me feel welcomed. Will definitely be back for my next service. Thanks!

Previously stopped bringing my car here to be due to a REALLY BAD customer service experience. Prior to that experience it’s always been good and since my daughter stopped working at John Elway decided to give a go again. I’m happy to say got the service I was used to before and will be back My advisor was Phil Tarin. He was courteous and respectful and responsive.
