I purchased my Toyota Avalon new in 2013 at Claremont Toyota. All maintenance and service is performed at Claremont and every experience has been pleasurable. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with Service Advisor Candace. She was professional, courteous and helpful. Next time I go in, I’ll be requesting her as my Advisor. I had a great experience when I returned to pick up my vehicle after this service. The 2 gentleman delivering the vehicles were very friendly and even the lady which was replacing the trash bin bag with a new bag was courteous and offered to get me a refreshment while I waited for my car to be driven and delivered to me by the cashiers office. Thank you for another great experience at Claremont. Although no one enjoys car problems or having to take a vehicle in for service or maintenance, Claremont Toyota employees have always made it a pleasurable experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for 8 years and with this level of service, I continue to be. Thank you Claremont Toyota Employees I am a completely satisfied customer!
