Excellent service today

The only complaint I have is that I was told the wait for an oil change was 2 hours…I wanted for 4 hours. I had to call someone to pick-up my kid from school. I seen my car parked outside the shop and asked the customer service clerk if they tried to call/text me since my car was sitting out there (sat for over 30 mins). I told her “ok because my car is just sitting right there. She told me, No. They call or text when ready. After 3 1/2 hours I walked up to the clerk again. Telling her I’ve been waiting a long time and seen people come and go. She tried to look up my info by phone number and couldn’t find it. Thankfully, there was a man there and found my info. He said, it would be another 30-45 mins. This is unacceptable. I forgot who the gentleman was that helped me but he was professional and kind. Very apologetic. It’s not his fault but it would have been nice if the clerk would’ve looked into the status of my car instead of just smiling and saying we’ll text you. A 4 hour wait could have been avoided.

Appointment for oil change @ 9:45. Hopped back to the car @ 12:45 pm after inquied when service would be done. 1 star!
