I waited for almost and hour to be seen when I had an appt, all the people behind me got helped first. Candace was very rude and and inconsiderate. Her tone has been rude both times she has helped me. Has given me false information.
Typically I’m welcomed by friendly service riders, just not today. After entrusting Claremont Toyota with 2 new vehicles driven off their lot, and service throughout the years (over 10), I just wasn’t satisfied today.
I have requested Candace since I’ve been coming there. I feel she is honest with me and that’s very important to me.

Luis was SUPER nice and helpful as soon as I drove up! I mentioned my car missing a part and showed him the noise that was coming from dashboard while driving and he got everything taken cared of! I left it there and picked up next day since I had late appointment but when I picked it up he gave me my paperwork and explained why my car didn’t have that part and what the noise was! He explained that the technician was driving it and they kept trying everything and finally saw the loose part. He made sure they put everything back in place super tight! Last time it got maintenance, no one talked to me about my car and I just got a text it’ was ready and gave me paperwork. I appreciate his effort to really make sure my car was safe and that I well informed about my car!
I wasn’t allowed to go in the shop to talk to the mechanic about mi car problem .I want to make sure he identify the noise I stated.

Everything went well with the service. Just wish the car could have been wash , car wash was broken. and my name could have been edited was spell wrong. But Candace said have to wait for next service. The car was received in timely manner after service was done.
The team worked very fast. Luis was not only super informative but very friendly would recommend this service department over any other Toyota service department.
Your previous policy of including a car wash was nice. I just paid over $600 on a basic service and not offering that seems pretty cheap!
