So went in for a transmission & tire rotation I found out that Valvoline striped a plug for my transmission oil so I told oscar V that they would be calling him to verify that it was stripped he ignored them had to leave my car overnight tryed to contact him several times never heard from him back had to try a 3rd by almost closing time finally heard from him very frustrating trying to contact someone whose doesn’t call back or just waiting on him will go to genldora of Toyota at least they contact you and give you a ETA but won’t be going back
