Phil is very nice and welcoming when you arrive to service department. He’s very knowledgeable of what he is doing. I’d recommend to him others for a service advisor at Claremont Toyota.
My appointment was at 3:30 pm and i didn’t get out of there till after 7:00 pm just to replace one tire. It also seems to me like my tire didn’t get replaced at all and I wasn’t informed when my car was done, very poor service.

It was an absolute pleasure having Candace as my service advisor. Despite it being a busy Saturday morning, Candace was efficient and friendly. She took the time to correct my file when it had somehow had listed the incorrect person as the owner of my car. Really appreciated Candace's help, she's doing an amazing job!

Felt like I was taken care of. Juanita did a great job keeping me updated with progress of work that was to be completed. Although I did take a little longer than expected she did everything needed to keep me updated and had all worked completed. Happy to have had my issues addressed and completed under my warranty!

Scott Zalibra ordered the recall parts which arrived within a couple of weeks. The Emission Pump was installed within 3hrs. The dealership made waiting for my Tacoma comfortable in the outside patio area. Also, convenient was have ice cold free Gatorade!
A long with having my car serviced I brought in the extra key to see what was wrong with it. They f finished the service at 10:58 wish was fine so I signed for my car and when I got in it I didn’t see the extra key that I bought in I left it in the cup holder were they instructed me to leave it so I figured it would be there couldn’t find it I went back in and ask were the key was and no one could find it so I had to spend another hour in half for them to make a replacement. I had a very important appointment that I missed cause of this mishap when I would of made my appointment if I had left at the time I signed for it the first time. I am the husband who brought in my wife car.
