The oil change service normally take two hours. But only took one hour this time. I was very happy with Claremont Toyota service.

Mr Zalibra n Mr Tarin were very helpful n good listeners to the needs of my van. Both are gentlemen as they open the door when entering their office. Both are Great ASSETS to your company. Mr Tarin was very accommodating in helping me write my service while Mr Zalibra started at 8 am to close the department. They are Both Team players!!! Kudos to BOTH!!!
Candace Harrington was exceptional in answering all my questions keeping me informed and assisting me getting to and from the dealership. She even asked if I would like the old 12 V battery to exchange for the deposit. She thought of everything! Thank you so much happy to meet her

Candace was excellent. When she estimated that the service would be about 3 hours, I thought it was the same as the last time. Turns out that the service technician accelerated the service and it was only a bit over an hour. To complete the entire service checklist was remarkable. A big thanks to her and the technician. Above and beyond what I expected!

I brought my car at 8:15am and was attended immediately though my appointment is at 9:15am. At around 9:25 am I received a call informing me that my car is done and ready and I waited in your waiting room for somebody to call me. Past 10:00 am I approached your cashier and inquired about my car. The lady said she doesn’t have my papers yet so she went to look for it. She came back without my paperwork and when she asked the other cashier inside, the paperwork was with her. I hope next time that if they receive paperwork to call the clients immediately. I wasted almost an hour of my time .

I was first in line to get service on my vehicle. When the service advisors came out I was fourth on the list . I should have been first.
