I was in last December and my Service Writer, April Clary, was awesome and made me feel like I was being taken unlike Ewing Subaru had. At that visit my Brake Fluid on the inspection sheet was checked green. When I pulled in today, June, 27th, one of the Technicians off that bat started telling me how my car is in demand with the younger crowd. None of the Service Writers came out to great me as I sat in my car for 10 mins.
I did notice that they were talking in a group inside. A man in a suit finally came out and got my info and let me know I could sit in the guest waiting area and a Service Writer would be with me. During my wait, I was approached by Pamela with a trade in offer on my vehicle. My Service Writer today was Jesus Herrera. I never saw him until my car was finished being serviced. I was recommended to have my brake fluid flushed and replaced because of discoloration. This time the brake fluid was checked red on the inspection sheet. Besides that I had my brake fluid flushed and replaced in April 2022 at Ewing Subaru. I was also not offered any discounts that were running at this time. Every service before I was always given any discounts of promo without asking. Today, I had been told there was none unless I received something in the mail. I pulled up your website and found oil change discount along with other service discount. Last time I felt like I was being taken care of. This time felt like they were trying to get me to trade in my car to buy a new vehicle. I shouldn't have to be hassled while waiting for my car to be serviced.
Friendly, professional staff. They quickly provide answers to my questions and keep my car in tip top shape.

Waited for 5+ hours for my windshield to be repaired. Appreciated Alex for giving me status reports along the way and a loaner car to run and get food to eat but I felt this should have been avoidable. I live a long way otherwise I would have just returned another day. I called ahead of time to make sure this could be done that day and time.
