Jesus was excellent at keeping me informed about was happening with my car. I think he went out of his way to try and help me find a solution to my problem. He was polite, kind, and helpful.
Not only did they check out all of the main things to see if they passed inspection, but put in new battery since mine was no longer working.
When I was in for service on a punctured tired my ascent with 33k miles on it was inspected and an entirely different tire was found to be worn to the wires on the inside. When I asked them to replace the tire under the manufacturer warranty which is on every tire I have ever purchased and is well beyond 33k miles for even summer tires they told me this specific tire had no warranty and this kind of failure was no surprise. They deflected my protests with comments about tire maintenance which was done at that dealership and on time. I even had them preform an alignment at 10k miles. I asked to speak to the service manager seeing no path to resolution. This is where my real dissatisfaction began.
The manager began our interaction with confretaional body language, standing with his body purpendicular to mine with his hands above the waist. He did not show any sign of empathy for the situation I found myself in. He only deflected responsibility for himself and the tires. Stating that he was just in service and he did not work for or represent subaru. In further conversation he even told me that these tires regularly come in at 25k or 30k miles and have to be replaced. To be clear having some empathy for my situation carried no expectations of free service for me. It’s just a basic aspect of customer service and human interaction.
The confrontational interaction with this service manager has ended my desire to have any further interaction with this dealership and the clearly sub standard tires Subaru has chosen to put on their new vehicles has left me with a bad opinion of Subarus quality.

The employees were all plenty friendly, but the service itself and customer experience needs improvement.
- When I first called the woman who answered seemed very unkowledgeable regarding the service department and never called back
- When I called back I was connected to Alex who was very helpful and quoted me $150
- When I arrived Jose helped me. He was plenty friendly, but there were dirty dishes and leftover food at his desk and therefore gnats everywhere. He also told me they may charge $159-169. 10$-20$ more based on cleaning required, no big deal.
- My vehicle was with the service department for 12 hours for a detail with a scheduled appointment.
- The detail seemed like they did the bare minimum. Just vaccumed and ran the outside through a car wash. The middle console, under the seats, and any cracks and crevices remained untouched. It was a pretty bad job.
- Jose, even though friendly, called EOD on the first day (Thursday) and was super unprofessional. He tried to convince me not to pick up Friday with another service provider because as he reiterated several times it was his day off. Does the service desk work off commissions? Does your system and process not allow other service techs to help a customer?
- The following day they never called to update me on the vehicle. I had to call and ask.
- Upon pickup I was charged $190. $40 more than originally quoted with 0 explanation and a halfway complete job.
This was a really terrible experience. So many small things could be implemented or changed for this to have been a totally different customer experience.

I am driving more, much more than the average driver this year. I have had frequent oil changes/tire purchase/safety inspections. Your service wtiters and mechanics have done a very great job of keeping me satisfied. I usually have one or two pesky questions about the features that they always cheerfully answer. I can heartily recommend the dealership in the sales process, and the follow up service process 100%. Chris and the other folks are always very friendly and helpful. Nicely done.

The service rep was unprofessional and rude. I’ve never had a poor experience with your location until today.
I wasn’t contacted regarding my car. I had to call in and found out that my service rep was off. That is fine but feel like that is a gap if there isn’t someone contacting customers. Then I get a text on Friday that my car is ready to be picked up only to find out today that it’s not and had only just been diagnosed. And the part isn’t available until Oct 5th. You have had my car since Tuesday! I’m rethinking having my car maintenance done by this Subaru location since this is the third time I’ve had it in for this battery issue.
