I did not receive a Multi point inspection sheet. Were fluid levels checked, specifically oil levels? I had been getting oil change reminders at time intervals. Got a filter change message yesterday 6/19

Everything was great. The young man that helped me was very considerate. It was late in the day when I brought it in and had to get my daughter to pick me up and he told me not to worry he would get me a loaner. He could have pushed me along so he could get home but he stayed with me and helped until I got home. Very kind

It too long for Subaru Engineers to make a decision on the repair. On May 23rd it was submitted to Subaru Warranty to replace the Transmission.
. On May 30th we were told that it was assigned to new Case Manager. On June 2nd Subaru messaged us that they were going to replace the Val ve Body. This put us in a bind because it put our daughter without a vehicle to drive.
