We made an appt. Showed up on time. Drove into the service area and stood by our car and waited for someone to acknowledge that we were present. It didn’t happen. After we waited a mechanic from the other end of the service area walked over and asked if we had been helped. We went inside. No one in the service dept wears a name tag. They don’t identify themselves. You are asking your customers to turn over their key and car to an anonymous person.
On another occasion we have already had the experience of talking to the parts dept and being asked, “Who were you talking with in the service dept?” We did not know. There is absolutely no cost to you to fix this problem. While I was waiting for my car to be serviced I was thinking about the mistake I made buying a car from Norm Reeves Subaru. Afterward Patrick Wortham helped us with our questions about the functions on the dash board of the car. He was very helpful. Later in the day I contacted Patrick to share with him that the car was not washed as promised and he offered his apology and offered to have it washed if we would return.
Of course, when someone forgets to wash the car it crosses your mind.”I wonder if they forgot anything else.”

Mike did an excellent job, explaining everything to me, and I appreciated that he didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed at the time.

Service is excellent. they are specialized with Subaru all models, services are way better then expected. It means they take care of car no matter what.free tire rotations, oil changes, inspections, brakes, etc they check everything up to the mark. Any parts you buy from them is original which you will never regrat.so specially I recommend always get Subaru from Reeves Subaru Rockwell, tx

I am unsure why I am receiving this survey. I did not bring my vehicle in for service. I am currently not even in the State of Texas. I am at a funeral in the state of Wisconsin. Get this fixed find out who you are actually trying to contact.
I was asking if I wanted to have the car washed after the service I said yes, but please dry the car because water stains show up very severely on a black car and are hard to get off. The service advisor told me that all they could do is drive it through their automated car wash machinewith a blower at the end that’s the best I could do.
Other dealers hand wash and dry your car after each service so now I’m gonna have to make a decision.
Patrick was attentive and kept us informed on everything being done on my vehicle.
