My service experience was very pleasant today. Alexander answered my questions when I had questions to ask.
I was pleased with the work I had done, I feel the service department is a little disorganized.
He was the nicest service person we have dealt with.
The advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the process.

I talked to a service advisor day before about 4 new tires. Today that earlier advisor was off. Alex filled in seamlessly with getting new set of tires.

I was dreading bringing my car into the shop. I put it off for quite some time, knowing how it would inconvenience me and cost a lot of money. I met Alex and within minutes said Subaru was going to cover it under warranty. Not to mention a warranty that expired. A few days later part installed in a couple of hours. I’ve never seen anything like it. Alex was awesome!
