Brooke was very accommodating on letting me come in without an appointment for what seemed to be my battery going bad (it was). Once in they tested the battery, replaced it and got me on my way very quickly. I imagine there may be others behind the scenes to thank as well such as the technician who worked on my car.

It showed that You all care about the customers creature comfort:
1. From Sales to service techs stopped by to check to see if there was anything I needed.
2. Service advisor Offered a loaner for local about town travel till my car was serviced.
3. Hand wipes for the tables and face masks were available in the service area.
Notable:
1. WiFi worked well.
2. General topic conversation was comfortable.
3. Restrooms were clean and accessible.
something to consider..
Environmental stewardship....consider changing from the styrofoam cups to a recyclable paper cup. The styrofoam cup
doesn’t degrade over time.
Estimates for the breakdown of Styrofoam in the environment range from 50 to 1 million years. Depends on location where discarded. Rather than degrade, it breaks into pieces.
It lasts forever as far as us humans are concerned. Styrofoam, a foam cup’s big ugly brother! It is made with polystyrene, a petroleum-based plastic, so it is not remotely sustainable. Just like with tin foil, Styrofoam does not biodegrade, meaning it just takes up space in landfills.
Take away: Better to spend 4 hrs plus in the service waiting area as opposed to waiting on the side of the highway waiting on a tow truck. ( anywhere) Thanks people....Joe and Debra
