Put the oil cap back on my vehicle when the oil change is done. Also have people in your subaru road side assistance that does their job and not pass the buck for 2 hours while someone is sitting outside in 95 degree weather then give you a 3-3.5 hour eta...
She really did well. You could tell that she really does love her job. She got us a loan car so that we could do our errands while they were working on my car. She has a very nice smile and we’re always smiling. ????????

We had a brief delay getting the AC problem diagnosed, but Brook and your department went above and beyond bringing me a loaner and getting the car from me here in Combine. Took a few days, but all in all a good experience.

My only comment is the car wash left bug residue on our mirrors and the front of our Crosstrek.
