Service staff did not believe me that I had tire and wheel service.
I had to involve Max to get the matter resolved. Very disappointed by this.

The oil change and transmission relearn was good.
The recall repair left the car with a gasoline odor. I’d suggest letting customers know about this side effect in advance. I was requested to bring the car in with less than half a tank to avoid having gaooline fumes. My car had the low fuel light on. My expectation was a repair with no lingering issues.
I provided similar feedback to Mario’s request on the service.
The experiments scheduling , dropping off and length of service was outstanding. This level of service has been consistent at the dealership. My issue is with the expectation of the repair and after effect.
