Dealership staff was wonderful and accommodating in every way. However, $300 for an alignment is way too high. I understand many Audi customers have money to burn but we do not. I strongly believe service pricing can be lowered and still turn great profit. Note: my dissatisfaction is NOT a reflection of service advisors or technicians; only pricing. Thank you & God bless.

The issue was not resolved as the technicians couldn’t hear the sound I was hearing and was feeling the vibrations under the pedal. So I’m supposed to bring it back if I hear/feel it again. Rodrigues was very professional.
