So happy to get the appointment tome I wanted and I made my appt a day ago. Rodrigo was great. Work was completed at expected time and I was able to work safely in the waiting area. My first experience with the Audi service was very positive.
I always bring my car to Luana. She Is always pleasant and accommodating.
The attention I received from Mr. Rodrigo Vanegas was excellent from the day I went to find out about the dangerous problem that my car had, throughout the process there was an excellent treatment and good communication with him.
Rodrigo was terrific to deal with - I do need to bring the car back in however as the check engine light has come back on. Rodrigo will be scheduling me to come back soon. Overall pleased with my experience with him.
