Giacarlo Lopez, makes my Audi service experience excellent. He is attentive to my concerns. Giancarlo follows up with phone calls letting you know what’s going on with your vehicle will be ready etc. His customer service is exceptional.

Did not get an explanation of what is going on with the issues that were reported.
They refused to replace a bad battery on my vehicle. My vehicle would not start and was towed to Coral Sorings. Being my battery still
had 61% life left they want me to drive it until I get stuck again. I am driving an S7 a high end vehicle. I will think twice before buying another Audi. Would u? Shame on Audi.
