The only comment that I would like to make is that the car was unwashed or poorly washed when returned to me even though I asked for it to be washed.
One last comment....my relationship with Audi Coral Springs has proved to me the very definition of customer satisfaction. I believe during the past years relationship having had 6 different audi vehicles from "coral springs" dealership do I offer a different rating level of "6" stars!!

Always a horrible experience. From the day I leased the vehicle to today’s service. Service rep called me a liar. I called to speak to the service director he wouldn’t take my call nor did he call me back. I asked fir a service manager, also happened to be on lunch with no return call. I have owned Mercedes Benz, Cadiliac and those companies know customer service. Audi Coral Springs awful.
