The only reason I service both my Audi’s at your dealership is Luana. She is always helpful and very knowledgeable. She promptly returns calls and I feel very comfortable with her. She is an asset to your business!

The passenger side mirror issue has gotten completely ridiculous: I have been complaining about it for 2+ years. It for sure is intermittent. Some how (and I don’t know how) it NEVER seems to fail when I have had it in for service. I have video showing the problem, but I guess that is not at all interesting to anyone. I don’t know what else to do. It does pose a safety risk because since it doesn’t happen all the time, there are instances where I only realize that the mirrors is out only after I have already started pulling out in reverse. If I have to pay out of pocket to replace the mirror, so be it, but it should not come to that. It must get fixed regardless of who pays for it. I am super unhappy about this issue that won’t go away.

There needs to be better regular communications with me as to the status of my car. I had to follow-up each day to check and see what was going on. In addition, I'm still having issues with the defogger. I finally did catch up with the service manager who explained some things (which I hope will solve my problem). But, again, I'm really hoping for better ongoing communications and service.
