My 1st service provider was Steve and was rude and treated me terribly To The point that I was supposed to meet with the sales person to purchase my vehicle and could not even think about getting another Audi. Even the service manager could not control Steve's mouth. Giancarlo stepped in and was wonderful But not enough to keep my business at Audi I'm switching to BMW And someone to do something about Steve and the service manager who while was very pleasant was unable to control his employee.
Steve is straight forwarding the system works and and knows his business. I intend on asking for him each time my Audi needs service. You need someone who knows how the system works and what to expect from the car. He is a master of his domaine.

AJ was awesome! I walked in with a problem. I did not have an appointment and AJ took me right away. I needed a new tire and purchased the Audi care. He quickly looked up my warranty information and handled everything quickly and efficiently! Very happy ????

My back up camera wasn’t fixed which you installed a few months ago. You charge me a $349 fee. Not only that but my car steering wheel now tilts to the right and has a vibration, which it didn’t have before. So very upset. I’m afraid to come back because it seems every time i come you mess up something else. Never coming back to Audi again.
