Very happy with the service received from Luana.
Service department/sales department are still unable resolve software issues.
The key fob only adjusts the seat and mirrors and each individual driver must sign in each time the car is started.
We are extremely unhappy with the current software as it makes driving anything but a pleasure.

Light on my car after I took it in for servicing ! And you charged me for a tire rotation that normally is included in first 5k mile visit . Not happy with that at all.

I would not give it 3 star rating. I didn't want to ding the service advisor. He was very friendly and professional. My issue is that I was told my car would be washed and it wasn't. If I wasn't told then no big deal but when the expectation is set you need to deliver. As far as the staff besides the service advisor they were just ok.

The communication wasn’t there. I dropped my car in at 9am due to breaks squeaking. I didn’t receive any updates on my car outside of the automated initial drop off. I called before close and was on hold until after 6pm when the call went to voicemail stating closure. I was not expecting nor prepared to not have a vehicle that evening. I had to call multiple times the following day and leave messages. Finally got a call stating they were going to take the car out and test it and will call me back. No call. I called again later and left message. Got a call back: can’t reproduce the problem, pick up the vehicle.
