The service and Rodrigo was fine. When i leased my vehicle, after driving a Mercedes for years i stated i need a loaner car- for service. I was assured to problem. That did not occur. Anthony my salesman lent me his, but Audi should have a loaner- especially when requested a week prior
Aj was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He went above and beyond and made this experience a breeze.

I have either leased or bought audis for the last 25 years, with the exception of 2 cars that were VW’s. I was thinking about my next car and was looking at the new VW ID 4 for next year but because of the service at Coral Springs Audi with AJ, i i i have reconsidered. AJ goes beyond “excellent” customer service. I had agreed to new tires and then changed my mind. He was totally understanding. That’s kind of rare these days with the stress we are all under. I will be getting my next vehicle at Audi, as long as AJ is my service rep.
On another note, your facility is very comfortable and the express check out was great.
