When I called and talked to Tommy, I asked what was included in works package for my F-450. He told me oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, Tommy initially told me he could not do tire rotation because it took 2 hours and asked me to make another appointment. After much discussion, I was informed that tire rotation did not take place on dually’s. I went ahead and got oil changed but was charged the full amount. I asked about price and was told that’s the price.
