Sorry I had to say a no because I am baffled by what happened yesterday 1.5.2021. I wasn’t serviced by Anthony, but thank you for your email. I was not fully understand what went on. Brian Nelson was the sales consultant. I am on an extended lease with the 2017 Toyota until May. Looking forward another lease within my budget. Having eyes on other brand but have not able to make it to the dealership. Originally I went for an oil change and tire rotation at Runnemede. The sales manger asked about the lease, said to his staff members to assist me in getting in a newer car. We have reached a very attractive package for a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE 39 months lease. A Sign and drive with payment for the first month. I wanted to keep the license plate Until I know why the plate was personalized. I didn’t know that even I signed all the paperwork
I have to go home waiting for Brian’s call. I went home without a car I thought because of COVID, Greg the sales manager said because of the credit freeze issue. I alerted Greg that I did not test drive the car. Brian said the dealership is taking back the 2017 Corolla therefore I didn’t have to pay for oil change and tire rotation, the wheel alignment the carbon dioxide in the throttle.
Please give me your feedback on how to handle, Brian had not called as he said he would. Thank you ????

My situation was a bit of anamur juncea having punctured a tire and air dropping rapidly. I was 4 miles away and the team took me in with no appointment and service me in exactly the time window promised. Everything was clean. Everyone was courteous!

I had my truck serviced in Sept.AFTER the work was completed and I paid $350. I was told that the entire exhaust system needed to be replaced.My comment to the tech at the time was"So basically I just paid hundreds of dollars to get the check engine light turned off".I spoke to Kyle 2 weeks later and told him the light came back on after 8 days.Now I'm told that there's nothing that can be done to turn off the light unless the entire exhaust is replaced for thousands of dollars. So in summary I paid Toyota service for nothing.
I have had bad experiences in the past when I had my ac fixed here. I don’t remember the service writers name or care to name drop because that isn’t right. But my point is to let everyone at the Toyota of Runnemede team know that customer service and politeness goes a long way. I’ve had experience in the past of just feeling ignored or as if I’m bothering the staff. I will say in confidence that micheal Joyce was helpful, kind and a good person. You should keep more people like him and train people to be as nice and helpful as he was. He deserves a lot of credit.
The day started out poorly and no one from your service team wanted to wait on me . When I came to pick up my car the 2 cashiers told me I needed paperwork; chuck was assisting another customer. I waited and had to approach both cashiers 3 times. Finally Chuck came back with my paperwork. I was able to leave. From my 4 hour delay with the 24/7 roadside service to the rude person from when I had called in the morning. There are so many broken aspects within your service department starting above all with Customer service. Not that you care, obviously... but I will NEVER return again and I will be contacting corporate regarding this entire situation.
