Joe was amazing he explained everything in detail and was very clear about the whole process. He was very knowledgeable about the questions I had asked which made the experience a breeze. There were two employees in the service area at desks with masks down or off. In addition one of those men were speaking to a customer(?) right in front of them with no mask. That is completely inappropriate at this time and I will think very hard about returning.

My highlander was there for 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I made appt for 8:30am. While I understand they say they were short staffed my wife still had to sit there 3 hours. She had to ask for updates and I had to call as well to find out what kept taking so long..they should have offered to take her home when she checked in for appt and advised her there would be a lengthy delay. I dont need anyone to call me. Its over.there isnt anything that can be done now.

We really appreciate being kept informed of the progress and the explanations of all the service that was being performed on our car.
