I did not get a new sticker letting me know when I should come back for my next oil change. The maintenance light was not reset. I was told they adjusted something with my tire to help get rid of a sound I was experiencing and the sound still existed.

I brought my car in for a routine service and, from a previous service was told it needed rear brakes. The receipt I got says that front brakes were done. I was also told last time that I would be credited for an oil change due to a billing issue and no was applied. What work was actually done?
