When my car was finished and I went to get in it to leave, there was dirt and grime on the inside door handle area, and on the carpet. I alerted Mike Joyce to this and he did send someone to clean it. THIS should not have happened. There was plastic on the seat and a piece of paper on the floor. Unacceptable... and I do get my car detailed.
I had an 11:30 appointment to get a second key for my vehicle. I didn’t get my car back until 13:30. It does not take 2 hours to key a vehicle. If services were backed up I should have been told, I could have rescheduled. As a side note, I had to make an appointment for the second key for my vehicle because when I purchased my vehicle the second key was “lost” and a new key had to “be ordered in.”
Yes I was very satisfied with Charles Colamarino, and the service was excellent.
Chuck kept me informed while I was there, and was able to get me a new tire.
I have owned Toyotas for 35 yes. Michael Joyce has been a very trusting and informed abt my cars needs. I rely on hus exertice and knowledge. Efficient and professional with personable individuals
I had an appointment and four (4) hours is too long to wait for an oil change. also, my fluid levels were not topped off (washer fluids and antifreeze), as stated in my receipt. Further, they did not reset the maintenance required warning light, it's still on.
He is very professional and cordial

We are completely disappointed with Toyota Runnemede. We purchased a car that had some issues, and we scheduled an appointment nearly a week after the purchase. They set our appointment for 1 1/2-2 weeks later. Upon bringing the car in, they told us to go to Best Buy and that they would not be able to fix the issues. However, we purchased the car this way from them! We were told that if there are “any” issues to bring it back in 30 days to have it fixed, and your company lied.
We have barely had the car for a month and we should have the car fixed, seeing as how we paid a down payment.
