brought in for oil change only. Did not request tire rotation. We are waiting for fall tire deal to replace 4 tires. They apparently charged me for a complete tire rotation. Your tech also suggested we get an alignment on these tires at $130 which I declined. Last time I was in for just oil change your tech said out rear license plate was out and should they replace it to which I agreed. My Fault!!! I was charged $2.99 for bulb; $39 to press it in!

Waited 2 hours to find I needed to wait more time for service. Told making appointment in afternoon was not a good time. Many service tecks were gone in the afternoon. Not happy with my service. Now have to go back for another appointment for the service I need. Not happy .

I was told I was getting a roof rack that cost 1500. Plus. The Roof rack you installed was two cross bars that sell for189.in Walmart. No I am not satisfied
