I purchased my vehicle not even a month ago and I have yet to make my first payment. Yesterday I had to use my valuable time to drive up to your dealership which is almost an hour from my home to get a battery replaced. I was told it would take about two hours and it took more than four.
Then i finally get home and I find out that my rear driving lights don’t work. So I had to go this morning and get new light bulbs to put in the tail lights. 23 dollars later. This is ridiculous. I need to be reimbursed for my time.
I am supposed to have 3 years free maintenance from when I bought my car. They charged me for my service. I went home and found my paperwork from the sale saying I'd have 3yrs of maintenance but haven't heard about getting my money back
Had to wait for 2+ hours ???? for an oil change when I was told would take max 1 hour
My only issue is we have exhausted everything we can think of but my radio keeps dropping calls while on Bluetooth and once today while using usb. I love my truck but will look elsewhere if we cannot fix this issue , I use my phone often with my business while driving .
I seem to have a puzzling issue with my cars electrical system. We can’t explain why the battery drained. No doors or lights were left on and the battery drained down. Hopefully it won’t happen again. Mr. Yackimowicz did everything he could to diagnose the issue. Thank you Mr. Yackimowicz.
There was a bag left on my seat that should have been thrown in the trash before my car was turned over to me also I have a package plan when I bought the car I came in for a oil change and they Notified me that I needed a tire rotation also which was coming up so I agreed to the oil and tire rotation my understanding was that my package deal covered my oil change now I got charged for both services which was 100$. And I should had only been charged for the actual tire rotation I did ask why and I was told that things changed on the actual services and how much they are
Mr. Colamarino is a very busy guy who took the time to walk out to my car to show me where the button was located for my heated seats when I could not find it. He was very positive, professional, and has the answers to all questions asked.

Joe was great and went above and beyond. He was very polite and very accommodating. Took care of a recall on my camry that I was unaware of.
I would like the service representative to be more knowledgeable in answering questions about the work being preformed

I do not feel that we should have had to pay for the windshield it was clearly a scratch from the windshield wiper which was from Toyota. I also think it would have been good customer service to at least clean the window. I believe it’s a factory defect in the wiper that caused the scratch on the windshield.
It took almost 2 hours to do the oil change even after I went on an appointment. This is really disappointing. I have changed the oil with other dealerships earlier and the oil change was done within an hour.
Well, it’s not just good customer service, I trust Anthony with Hertz vehicles I have brought in the past. So I wanted my own vehicle’s to be work on by your techs, they all do a great job & thanks to Anthony, hopefully we will grow again together

Standard maintenance service took two hours and I did not receive updates I ask for.
The telephone service is terrible. It was really difficult to reach lenny by phone.
He kept me informed and worked hard to keep the repair costs manageable.
