Very good service and update on my vehicle
Not only that they weren’t able to figure out the problem of the vehicle, which was a rattling noise coming from the bottom back part of the car. they also haven’t rotated my tires, they told me that the tires in the front were a lot better than the ones in the back which didn’t even make sense because I recently change the back tires. I’m no mechanic but I do know my stuff on vehicles. The mechanic cracked The front lip of the bumper and refused to tell anyone about it. I had to drive off and park my car at home until I seen the cracked bumper. The reason why I know that the mechanic did it was because I have an audio and video dash cam in my vehicle. The mechanic was very unprofessional, he did not respect other peoples belongings, it look like he was joy riding in my vehicle. On the video you can see he placed it on neutral and rev the engine a couple times, also accelerating at a speed where he did not required to go fast in order to figure out what was the rattling noise for. Mechanic also Failed to make a complete stop every time he shift gears as he was going around the parking lot.

My rim was scratched by the service on aug 17th made them aware upon pick up had to contact them a week later to be told the service manager was on vacation hed be back the following wed well its now august 3 2021 and no call nothing at all i will no longer take my car to toytoa of runemede and i want something done about this
Battery changed. Electronics not reset. No choices or information provided on replacement battery. Told I would be advised of status by text. No texts, and rushed phone calls. For this expense, I’d like better communications. I sense a lack of patience towards customers here, including cashier.

I went in for a tire repair and ended up needing an auto body repair due to a mistake by the service technician. The rental car I was given was filthy !!!
Well I didn't have an appointment but he took the car in after I had called road side assistance for a dead battery. I had to leave the car for repairs and he had to set me up with a loaner for the night and the next morning first thing he had the repairs done. Very satisfied
I will recommend Toyota yo a friend.
Michael Joyce is very good at his job he is willing to help you anyway he can.

I need my service complete it and under two hours because I had somewhere to be, and Michael was kind enough to make sure it was done on time. He kept me updated on the progress as well.
Service department was exceptionally good and explained services preformed on car. The wait time was long unfortunately. Prices are high but understandable counting labor and parts. While I was waiting a sales rep tried to offer getting a new car and trading my old one however I was not looking for a new vehicle, only needed to have car serviced and I’m happy with my Avalon.
