Completely unfriendly you first arrive NOBODY to greet you and asking how they help. When you are there for the first time at for maintenance you don't know where you are going what door to go in and so on. Prices are way to high.

Communication should have been better half the time I had to drive to Toyota to get answers and I felt like I was overcharged and on top of it you had my car for 38 days mind you some of it wasn't your fault but on the other hand there is no communication so you had my car longer than you should have and I should have been compensated for it
