The staff was friendly and helpful. The service, oil change and final analysis was explained in an understanding way. I was comfortable from start to finish.
Jolene was very friendly and responsive, however I was tremendously disappointed I'm the quality of the paint repair of on the Jeep. Not only was the color match off, the hinge markings of the Wrangler were inconsistent and rough. Worst of all, the paint repair was masked offed at a temporary decal that I recommended to be removed at drop-off, leaving a hard paint line on at the decal itself. Very disappointed.
My car was delivered on June 25th 2021 and was not completed until August 5th 2021. My car sat in the elements, rain and sun all that time until the color was bleached by the sun. I asked Jolene before I car to pick up my car if they would wash it since it had been there for over a month and she said they didn’t provide that kind of service. Seeing that it had sat in your parking lot all that time it should have been a courtesy to at least wash of the dirt that had accumulated on it. No one kept me updated about the long wait until I called and inquired about my car. This has been the worst service I have ever had. The blame was shifted to the insurance company but what ever and when ever I contacted them they always delivered on a timely matter so I don’t believe they were the problem.

I have sent them back to fix what they missed! My Right front blinker has been out for a month, but they obviously didn't check the brake and turn signal lights, they tried to tell me everything is in working order.
So, I have not yet completed my visit because I'm making sure it's done right!
They are not returning my calls , I will go to Dealer tomorrow and find nd out why

Explanation for what was wrong with my vehicle was what I said I did. Didn’t provide any other explanation for what was happening. Discredited me 100%. Said it’s soap due to car detail or possible trapped rain, my car wasn’t detailed very well cause cup holder etc are very dirty my kids rode in it once and pointed the filth out to me, when test driven the carpet was bone dry. I looked this car over very well. I admitted I poured a bottle of water on the carpet that almost caught fire (was smoking) should have never done that cause that’s her reason for it “steaming due to water from rain being under my plastic floor mats”. Floor mat is not on the part of the car that got hot or almost started melting and those are fabric mats that’s came with the car. Whole situation was a run around of disbelief. I called to see about a rental car was told there are none call this number (run around), when I got to the dealership today Andy I believe did offer a used car to use for the night/tomorrow to take a further look at things like I asked her to do, not sure why she couldn’t have offered that as well. Andy said she wasn’t allowed to but I believe she knew this could happen and could of simply walked and ask for approval of that to happen if need be. Was told I would need to pay a “discounted towing bill” to get my car and take home when on Monday I was told three times after asking to make sure I wouldn’t be charged a towing fee that I would again need to before getting my keys. I feel I’ve made a huge mistake buying a car here and regret the entire deal. Will never do this again. I hope the car at least doesn’t blow up until I’ve got my 20,000 worth out of it. Very saddening situation to a mother who works very hard to get and keep nice things. Should have bought else where outright like I always do. Lesson learned. Appreciate it getting a second look but don’t felt taken seriously and didn’t appreciate the jabs, jokes, and undermining that took place to get a second one. Appreciate Andy for giving it a second look tomorrow if so and that’s about it out of the situation. I feel bad for the girl at the service window who almost got blamed for part of the situation. She was very helpful when I bought the car and is very nice. When asked to explain what I read was what I read to be sure since I was already in a we said but no we didn’t situation with the towing she did not undermine me she just helped me. Much appreciated.
