As a single senior female, the issue with the motorhome was very stressful for me. I did understand what the technician explained to me and I was thankful the insurance covered the cost. Even though the engine light was still on when I drove home after the work was completed, I was certain it was due to a common issue unique to my RV. The technician told me that it needed to be fixed but I could not deal with another repair at this time. I happy to inform you that as I expected, the engine light is off after I did what is required with the handling of my RV.

We were very satisfied with the help we received. Joleen was very accommodating with our situation. Our car was not drivable with the condition it was in. She acted immediately to get us a rental car and get us on our way. We cannot thank her enough for her help.

From the very beginning Jollene went above and beyond the call of duty. She was thorough with what to expect on the logistics end and even hooked me up with a Stillantis Rep to assist in the delivery of all the parts I needed. When something came up that would interfere with the time table Jollene was prompt with the updates and even gave me access to a loaner vehicle and due to my inconveniences gave me a great discount for my troubles. Her team was amazing and all reached out to me at the appropriate times to assure me it really does take a team to manage all the floating pieces. Her extreme kindness and professionalism will not be forgotten. thank you. I'm forever in your debt! Cue the Dolly Parton song!!! :)
