SM Ford mechanic said my battery “failed”. & needed replacement. I visited an auto part business, had them check the battery. It passed completely with 664 cold cranking amps, the starter & alternator were working properly. Basically, I was lied to & am not pleased about it. Eric J

Made appointment to have a recall completed, came in at my appointment time, and was told the work would take several hours. Was called after several hours and told the parts are not available. Now I will need to spend another day in order to have the work done, hopefully.
