After taking my truck to a different local Ford dealership and being told my recall issue didn’t qualify for recall, I had to deal with my door not closing for years. I had drained my battery on many occasions due to the door not closing properly. Santa margarita Ford fulfilled the recall and now my door closes correctly. I Greatly appreciate it.

I went to pick up my car after a regular service appointment. This includes tire rotation and pressure check. When I got in to go home my left rear tire sensor showed it was low. I had to wait another 30 minutes to get it fixed.
