Went in to the dealership for a flat tire Clair took my service claim. They took my car right away. My car came back 30 minutes later with my tire fixed and a free car wash how awesome is that. Thanks Santa Margarita Ford for taking care of me so fast..Your dealership gets 5 stars ?? ?? ??????

I was upset because I was told yesterday when I scheduled the appointment that it would take two hours. It took five hours and messed up my entire day. I already spoke to a supervisor about it to relay my frustration

My 2020 Transit Van came in for oil change and issue with my alarm. They weren’t able to fix my alarm which was okay but now I have a “Change oil soon” warning every time I start my van. I call the dealership and they told me I had to bring the van in to turn it off since it’s too complicated over the phone. Now I have to take an extra trip to the dealership since someone for got to reset the warning or…they didn’t do a oil change at all.

I do wish I would have been offered some kind of discount… I was asked if that was discussed and because it wasn’t mentioned, she said she didn’t have the authority to over ride the cost of repairs. It was a lot and I really could have used a discount. Thanks Lisa
