I had heard that Santa Margarita Ford provided far better service so I decided to give it a try, and I was very impressed with my experience. I received courtesy and great communication. I’ll be back. Fredy was great and above and beyond my expectations with great service.

Clare is awesome. I had to take my truck back to Bradley Ford in havasu city because nothing was fixed. Same issues. Nothing was documented on the invoice other than my initial complaints. Day 3 trying to get my 85k truck working….. totally unacceptable.

I have taken my Ford Explorer 2 times into SM Ford for transmission issue diagnosis and repair. Neither times could / would the technician diagnose the problem - in fact the technician stated it was operating normally or that I was exaggerating, or this is just how the vehicle shifts. This is simply not the case. When I insisted of there being a transmission performance issue, I was quoted a $3600 diagnosis liability in case the tech can’t find anything after a complete tear down. This is clearly SM Ford’s staff calling my bluff. I took my vehicle to another Ford mechanic and within a couple hours their tech diagnosed the issue and recommended repairs. I feel that my time and business is not valued at SM Ford, because of this experience.
