I was shocked that Jacob remembered me when I came in. He was quick to help me out. The part took more time then expected to come in but I was unable to go back and get my car to then bring it back. When I picked it up, he requested the wash and even found me once they pulled it up. I feel like I have a personal contact and am not as shy to come in. It is always hard for most women as we don’t know as much about cars. Jacob was nice, timely, considerate and efficient.

Claire did a great job! I was actually impressed by everybody I met from the young man who greeted me as soon as I got out of my car to a young lady, who started the check in process call ultimately handed me to Claire. Everybody was very professional and did a great job!
