I brought my car in because it almost completely stalled out in the middle of an intersection. I had no power while pressing down on the gas pedal for a few seconds. It has been in and out of your service department many times in the past year. It has a long history in your service department. It has even had to have the transmission replaced once before. It has a hard start every time I turn it on. It has been making an unusual grinding sound off and on as I start to drive it forward when first starting it for the past several months, which we brought it in for as well. Each time I bring it in they can never replace the sound or problem. They don’t even consider or look up the history of this car in your records. They don’t even consider that our extended warranty may not cover these problems once they develop into larger and more complex problems. They offer to just look under the hood for any obvious signs of damage or arising issues. We are very frustrated and ready to dump this car due to lack of concern and lack of attention to detail from your service employees. I guess I need to bring it in on a flat bed truck, not running at all to get any help from your department.

Im just impressed that the waiting time for oil change is < 2 hrs.

Where do I start. Jacob Wu was great. The basic service ; oil change, etc was fine. But we also needed to replace the passenger side windshield wiper motor. Total cost quote was $910. Thats nuts. Oil change, etc $96. So, $814 for the wiper motor replacement. Still nuts. $200 per hour labor, $355 for the part. Nah-I’ll do it myself. Guys, its a wiper motor. And not difficult to replace. No real skill needed for the job. Ok, so the car is out of warranty. Not likely to bring it back to Santa Margarita Ford. Yeah-greedflation is a real thing. Thats right-I said it.

Kelsey has always been courteous and respectful, and listens to my questions. She has always been transparent with me and my vehicle.
