Mr.Litz is always professional, thorough, kind, a wonderful listener, understanding; patience with me when explaining what I'm trying to tell him what's the problem with my Black Beauty. He also, gives the most wonderful customer service!!! Keeps us posted on the process of our our maintance of our car while at the shop, I love that. I can not compare Mr. Litz with any other customer car service, because he is the BEST!!!

Sal was awesome! I was heading out on a long road trip in 48 hrs and he did his best to get my vehicle in same day and address my concerns. Sal took the time listen to my questions and kept me updated throughout the day as issues were resolved which I really appreciated. He was extremely professional and provided excellent customer service. So glad I called this morning and was able to work with him and can have peace of mind on my trip tomorrow. Thanks again!

Hi, the moment the. Meeting began discussing my issues with my car, Fredy was very attentive. He listened As I explained my problem. When I finished explaining my problem , I was confident he understood and issues would be resolved. And as it turns out I picked up my car , repaired as discussed. The invoice was very discriptive and let me know what my next move should be in the care of my vehicle. Thank you, ALEX D

Miguel was great and very helpful. How ever the service was sub par. They rotated my tires but left the original psi the same. This truck recommends that the rear tires have more psi than the front. Also I asked that the license plate frames be changed out to your dealers as I live in santa margarita. I bought the truck in Poway as you did not have inventory. I wanted to represent the rsm Ford dealer. I think maybe some more care of checking the original paperwork and setting up procedures for checking work was completed and completed adequately
