I dropped my car off at 8:30am and the technician asked if it needed it back by a certain time, to which I said noon - 1pm. He said that should be no problem. A little after 2pm I called and asked on the status. I was informed that my vehicle had not been serviced and the technician seemed to forget that I had even asked to pick it up at lunchtime. Certainly less than ideal and I was forced to adjust my afternoon work schedule in order to accommodate the delay. Not the kind of customer service that I would think RSM Ford is looking for.
