Came in for oil change and maintenance and specifically asked to have the windshield wiper fluid filled and was told” oh yeah - we always do”. It wasn’t. I asked to have my phone interphase checked as I did last time and was told it’s out of warranty and no record of my stating the problem last visit but I clearly did. Quote was over $1200 so I asked for it to be looked into by the last service guy Miguel who does not come in until Tuesday and left with it not fixed and an incomplete maintenance job. Very disappointed and looking for other places to get service done.
