Miguel is a great guy, this is not about him but about his support, or lack thereof. Miguel asked me a couple times if I wanted the truck washed, I replied yes. I came in late to pick up the truck and had the courier just park the truck in the pickup area. I came back to get the truck around 6:30 and the truck was not washed. I heard Miguel tell someone to wash the truck but it was not washed.

Miguel is an excellent service advisor. He helps everyone that he can that comes through the door. Service was very busy the day I was there, but he kept me informed of what the status was as it took 2 hrs to get an oil change tire rotation service. I wish appointments would get priority over walk ins but it seems it’s the same thing might as well not make an appoint next time. Doesn’t appear to be a need

I have serviced my 2012 Ford Edge at Santa Margarita Ford with Duane Litz. He has been extremely fair and honest. I feel as though Duane can be trusted and goes the extra mile to make sure I’m satisfied with the service. Based on 9 years of exceptional service I will buy my next car at SM Ford.
