Fredy was great ! you guys are lucky to have him. He cares about the client which is clear when you speak to him I would note, that if your staff is vaccinated allow them the option to wear a mask. Both employees behind the desk wear glasses and they were visibly foggy up and was clear they were unable to see multiple times. This isn’t safe either. Many of us are vaccinated and you have the plexi up, let the staff have option especially if they are vaccinated.
