Clare is always positive and communicates timing and cost estimates well. This service visit she went the extra mile by having the window console buttons replaced when she noticed that the chrome covering was peeling off those buttons. It was an issue. I had forgot to mention during our service interview. I would recommend RSM Ford and specifically Clare in service to anyone.

Clare was great and asked questions that showed attention to detail, such as asking if I wanted a car wash. I then followed up with asking if they run cars through the automated wash and she said yes, but will wash cars like the Shelby or any other specialty vehicle outside the automated wash. Those usually scratch the wheels and I could tell they understood my car is very special to me. I'll trust them with all my service needs going forward!
