I am satisfied with the guy who helped me but I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall management of the service department. I moved to Rancho Santa Margarita 4 years ago. There is no have been one single time when a simple oil change takes more than 6 hours. I have to call everytime to find out what is going on. I’m sorry but I don’t believe all the good stuff that are told in the advertising about this dealer when by experience has been a pain in the neck. I’m ready to go back to Capistrano Ford where I got my car. They are way better.

I am frustrated that I paid for a prepaid service plan when I leased my Edge from SM Ford, but had to pay for my scheduled service today because I was informed that I was 200 miles over the limit of my service plan. I never received any notification that I was approaching the end of the plan. Freddy could do nothing and told me I have to call Ford Customer Service.
