It appears my vehicle was washed, and the amateur radio antenna was bent when the vehicle was returned to me. I did not notice this issue until the following day when I was unable to use the amateur radio due to non-existent signal strength, both incoming and outgoing. The antenna, antenna frame, coax etc., were professionally installed, and were expensive. The whole radio is unusable in its current state. I am extremely unhappy.

Had to do a oil change and there was a small issue with my transmission. Special thank you to Miguel in service took great care of me and was super helpful, best Ford dealership around that’s why I bought my car from there and still service it here.
