Duane has always taken care of our service needs. This is our sixth or seventh vehicle we have purchased from your company, so I guess you could say we are happy with the dealership! We received a letter to upgrade our navigation system, but Duane suggested to leave it alone as the update could cause some problems. That right there saved us $160 and headaches!

Found out while I was stopped at a light that my taillight was out. It was late but stopped at RSM Ford and they took care of my problem. I’m was headed to the airport early in the morning and so happy I will be safe while driving to the airport. Thanks to the Ford team that took care of my problem. Safe @ 3am in the morning. Susan W
